• Please note that items may be out of stock. In the event of a shortage, available stock will be allocated according to order time on a first-come, first-served basis.

Out-of-stock items will be refunded as Store Credit, which has no expiry date and can be used for any future orders.

• If you are unable to accept the possibility of items being out of stock, please consider carefully before placing your order 🙇🏼‍♀️

Possible reasons for shortages include: suppliers providing insufficient quantities, sending the wrong design/size, or items arriving with defects.

• We do not accept urgent orders.
Customers who order earlier may have available stock reserved and shipped earlier. Pre-order items require additional time for the supplier to produce and prepare.

• Once an order has been placed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

⚠️ UNBOXING REMINDER | PLEASE RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO

To protect both parties, please make sure to record a complete unboxing video before opening your parcel.

If there are any issues with your parcel or items received, a complete unboxing video must be provided for us to verify the issue.

📹 Please make sure your video shows:

• The parcel and outer packaging clearly
• The parcel in its original, unopened condition
• The entire unboxing process without any cuts or interruptions
• All clothing items clearly after they are removed from the parcel

❗Without a complete unboxing video, we will be unable to process any claims or issues regarding your order.
